SELLER DESCRIPTION
A very clean H306 with low engine hours. Includes in mast furling main, air conditioning, GPS, auto pilot, and comes with an inflatable dinghy and an additional new mainsail.

Accomodations:
Hunters trademark walkthrough transom with fold down helmseat makes boarding safe and easy from the dock or from the water. The spacious cockpit is protected by the Hunter stainless arch and integrated bimini top and features full cockpit cushions and comfortable railseats. The 306 features a varnish finish teak interior with Everware laminent flooring, Corian counters, two private staterooms, abundant storage, and plenty of hatches and ports for lighting and ventilation. The forecabin has a large V-berth with storage beneath and an overhead hatch. The main salon has an L-shaped settee to starboard situated around a dinette with a storage bin for wine and stemware. To port is a straight settee and a large hanging locker. Aft of the starboard settee is the Nav-station and aft of that is the head with vanity, cabinets, manual toilet, and opening ports. The aft cabin has a full sized berth with a hanging locker and opening ports.

Galley:

SELLER DESCRIPTION
The Pearson Vanguard 32 is an American classic designed by Philip Rhodes with nice lines and good performance. Some believe that these boats are one of Rhodes' greatest works. These are beautiful boats that are well-built, seaworthy and comfortable. Yo-Yo has had numerous upgrades including being repowered with a new Universal M25 diesel 25 horsepower engine that was installed in 1999.

Accomodations:
Yo-Yo's layout is the A-Plan with the v-berth forward and aft of the v-berth is the head and then the main salon. There are two doors for the head, one to the v-berth and one to the main salon. There is a fold away table on the port bulkhead and two storage lockers on the port side. The galley is located in the aft port area of the main salon. New berth cushions in 2000. The Atomic engine that was on the boat originally was replaced with a Universal M25 diesel in 1999. A new 3 blade propeller was also installed when the engine was replaced. The owner states that Yo-Yo has no leaks. She is hull # 126 and has been owned within the same family since she was originally purchased. The original Owner's Manual is onboard.
