1986 GEMINI 3000, This Gemini has been recently upgraded with many options that will make coastal cruising or dockside liveaboard life very enjoyable. With boards up the draft is a mere 18 inches so it is easy to find an anchorage awayfrom it all. The recent shore power system includes a full AC control panel, electric hot water heater multiple GFI outlets. The cabin sole in both hulls has been replaced with fresh marine plywood and synthetic teak laminate. Couther tops have been upgraded to a 2cm thick Venetian Gold Granite. Sails and rigging are in reasonable condition and there is lots of new canvas. Full cockpit enclosure with screened panels, an over the boom hoisted sun shade, new cockpit cushions, new main saloon cushions and much more. The interior wood is in very good shape but needs some refinishing. There is a Hummingbird depthsounder and Furuno GPS. There is a Raytheon 3000 Autopilot and a radar dome on board but both are assumed to be non-operational at this time. Both the 1998 Honda 25HP 4stroke motor and the back-up Mercury 9.9 are in fine operational condition. This boat does have dingy davits on the back of the bridgedeck as well as a Magna grill. Although this boat has a lot of dockside amenities it has been sailed on a regular basis and it is ready to move into your slip.
